Update -- 146 Days Later!

Today marks exactly 146 days since I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy and I am happy to say my face is completely back to normal!

I still get headaches from time to time and have occasional soreness in the right side of my face, but other than that, things are good.

I take folic acid each day, with a B12 vitamin and daily multivitamin per doctor's orders.

Here are some recent photos. I've decided to start another blog on my adventures in the news industry! Stay tuned for that ....

  1. Thank you for the update and thank you for this blog!!! I am on day 24 with BP, left side, and hoping for a recovery!!

  2. Castor oil is extremely helpful in the Bell’s Palsy Natural Treatment. It lessens swelling and recuperates the harmed nerve. It fortifies the facial muscles and builds their flexibility. Warm some castor oil in a skillet. Drench a meager cotton fabric into the oil and apply it to the face. Spread the pack with wool to trap the warmth.
